Installing Visual Studio 2010 service pack 1

Step 1 - Download installation files

Download installation files from this link - http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=23691

Step 2- Double click the .exe file

After completing download start installation by double clicking the .exe file.

Step 3 - Click next to proceed

Step 4 - Accept the license terms to continue the installation

Step 5 - Wait, The setup is installing..

(a). While installation note that other components are downloading...

(b). file verification...

Step 6 - The installation is completed.
